"I don't feel like a number"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

My appointment was a routine check-up. (Mr McKenna) I seen a different Dr and he was really brilliant, I felt comfortable and safe. Pleased he was very thorough.

It was decided to remove a mole. Inga did the procedure assisted by Donna. They were both so kind, made me feel relaxed and were very reassuring, it was done pain free.

I was advised how to look after it and to get my stitches removed with GP in 10 days. Also given an info leaflet so all in all it could not have been better.

I also would like to add Angela at reception, is so efficient  and kind. She always remembers my name and details which means a lot. I don't feel like a number.

Thank you.
