"I found the service very useful"

I found the service very useful and informative. I know why I am taking the tablets and for what purpose. This information was not given in hospital where and when they gave them to me. If I had been given them by a GP they would have explained what they were for but unfortunately the nurses do not have the time to explain the use of the tablets they are giving you.

I would recommend the service you give everyone who has been given tablets leaving the hospital, they should know and be offered your service.
