Receptionist was welcoming, ambience of waiting room was pleasant (music and not rammed with patients), with no waiting, was called promptly into appointment. Clearly the Dermatology Dept have worked out the best way to organise appointments so that the patient flow is calm and steady.

Highly professional surgical team (Wendy, Jo, Lisa, Yousuf, and Dr Morgan) who worked together smoothly. They listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. This resulted in successful painfree excision. And the best dressing I've seen! Can't wait to see the results of the seaweed.

I have undergone numerous previous excisions at another hospital, where the experience was traumatic, so I am extremely relieved to know that it is possible to have painfree operations.
