About: Almond Road Surgery

I developed pains in my abdomen on Friday morning and through the morning they moved to lower right area so I suspected appendicitis. I called at 1.30pm and was told to come in at 4.40pm (or call 111 if got much worse). Dr examined me and advised me to go to a&e from the symptoms I had and he wrote a letter very quickly to take with me. I was admitted to Hinchingbrooke that evening and they did all the tests and confirmed it was and operated the next morning. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered for which I thank very much.
