Hayle Hospital is a very friendly place and every time I have been there I have enjoyed a really positive experience. I know that everyone in the NHS works extremely hard but the staff at Hayle seem to go the extra mile.
I was told what was going on (there was a delay on the day of my procedure) I think all of the patients appreciated this.
Catherines honesty was very refreshing! I felt very well looked after, hospitals can be very scary places even for a small procedure like mine was.
The staff on reception were very helpful and the cafe is a lovely little place.
Thank you one and all for your care and all your hard work.
Mrs Dunlop was excellent as were the other staff.
