"Always have a great experience"

Always have a great experience every time me and my son are visited.

The chats are always focused around what’s currently happening with my son’s stage of growth and I find them very educating as I am a first time mum.

I was also provided with a mobile number incase I ever have a question which can’t wait until our next visit which puts my mind at ease if I’m ever stuck or worried about something.

It would be really good if there was a system that had text reminders about appointments as there’s been 2 occasions where I wasn’t made aware of the appointment until last minute, which isn’t the health visitors fault it’s just that the appointment has been booked and then I’ve not been informed but it’s never a big issue for me but I wouldn’t like to miss out on the appointment if I’m not in when they arrive.

Apart from that I have nothing but positive feedback, it’s a great service and I’m very pleased with every visit we’ve had until now.
