(as a service user),

Took my parent to Lynebank for her Covid injection.  Staff were lovely, the whole procedure was very well co-ordinated and ran smoothly.  I had my appointment two days later and when I explained I was able to have my Covid injection on that day which saved me another journey, which I was most grateful for.
