"An asset to their role as nurses"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Being rushed in to a room at triage to see the doctor. Charge nurse Gillian, staff nurse Gemma, Claire and HCSW Jacqueline all made sure I was okay throughout my stay in the department. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free as best as possible. They are all so caring and an asset to their role as nurses.

Dear falconph64

Thank you so much for sharing your experience on Care Opinion.

It's incredibly reassuring to hear that you were cared for with such compassion and professionalism during what must have been a stressful time. Charge Nurse Gillian, Staff Nurse Gemma, Claire, and HCSW Jacqueline clearly went above and beyond to ensure your comfort and well-being.

It's evident they are not only skilled in their roles but also deeply dedicated to their patients. They truly are a credit to their profession, and your words reflect just how much their care meant.

Wishing you continued recovery and good health.

Kind regards

Kevin
