This surgery needs to employ staff that are more helpful and will go that extra mile for unwell patients when they call and and do all they can to help them no matter what it is that they need. We all are asking different questions when we call, could be a ongoing illness or just a short term illness. Others need help with medication they need which has not been done their is all kind of reason we call i would just like someone to answer that phone and do all they can to help us when we call. Not like the lady i spoke to today she was really unhelpful and just seemed to not care or be bothered to see if their was anything could be done about what i was asking she should not be working in a doctors surgery. The lady had a coldness in her voice like she couldnt care less that i needed her to just try to help. Its a nightmare you call your put on hold 20 to 40 minutes to get no help at all. I dont call the surgery very often thank god, but their is one lady that works their she is a really lovely person and was really helpful i cant remember her name but she was great. This lady today was the complete opposite to the other lady, the lady today needs to change or work somewhere else. The surgery needs to let go the people that are bringing the surgery down, its already got a poor reputation and its things like this that give the surgery a bad name. Come on stockwell lodge it would be great if you could be called a good surgery and very helpful. I am not allowed to put the ladys name so how are the surgery going to know who i am talking about, so they can make improvements.
