"No appt given"

About: Hereford Medical Group

I filled in the online form. Had a call back. Then received a text message saying I'm on the waiting list for an appt. That was over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for an appt.

Thank you for your feedback.

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing a delay. After you submitted your online form, your request was reviewed by one of our clinicians as part of our triage process. Based on the information provided, your need was assessed as non-urgent, and you were placed on our waiting list for a routine appointment.

At present, due to high demand, the current waiting time for non-urgent appointments is approximately 5 weeks. We understand this can be frustrating and are doing all we can to reduce waiting times. Please rest assured that we will contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available.

If your symptoms worsen or your situation changes, please get back in touch so we can reassess your needs.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
