"So attentive and kind"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Accidents & Emergency

(as a service user),

I attended Antrim A&E following an injury to my thumb on a table saw. From start to finish, the staff were so helpful and reassuring.

In particular, I’d love to credit ENP’s Mel and Sheelagh who were so attentive and kind; stitched me up and helped alleviate a lot of my stress, as well as Nurse Rebekah for her helpfulness and support. I felt reassured knowing i had been referred on to another department for more specialist input. Mel and Sheelagh made me and my family feel so comfortable in a very stressful situation.

Despite the mounting pressure of a busy A&E, the care I received was second to none and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff.

Appreciation must also be extended to the Radiographers for their attentive care.
