My son snapped his two bottom front adult teeth in a football accident at school. From the minute we walked into the dental room the staff were unbelievable with both my son, myself and my wife.
Scott and his staff were absolutely brilliant with my boy who has suffered a very traumatic injury. This was my son's first experience of any dental work apart from scale and polish, and we are so glad it was with the staff at the dental hospital.
My son had full confidence in the team and trusted them and they did not fail. Every step of the way they signposted and looked after my son like he was their own. They managed to save one tooth but had to remove the other which came out in 5 pieces.
The lady who removed his tooth was excellent as it was very tricky and took very long due to the nature of the accident. She was amazing and again held my son's hand the whole way through the procedure by making sure she was communicating with him and letting him lead the way.
In such a horrible situation it's truly remarkable people like this team who get families and patients through it. I just wish I had got all the team's name as they deserve special thanks individually and my wife and I would like to send our best wishes and thanks to them. They are truly unbelievable and shine a light on what care should look like in these situations. I could go on and on about how good they were. Fantastic and brilliant team!
"Fantastic and brilliant team!"
