About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I had an appointment today in outpatients clinic 2 at Queen Margaret Hospital. I was upset after my consultation and the nurse- I wish I had taken his name - showed everything a nurse should be - care, kindness & compassion. He highlighted to the senior charge nurse I was upset and she took her time listening to me. Again, another member of the outpatients staff showing care, kindness & compassion.
