"Very bad experience"

(as a service user),

Needed stitches removing from under my eye after 5 days . I could not get an appointment and after 5 calls was told to just keep trying for a cancellation. Mum tried the number so many times and it was constantly engaged from 10-4.

Rang GP for advice they don’t take stitches out advised to ring stepping hill hospital who advised we to come straight down as stitches had been in for 12 days.

My mum works in a hospital and states it’s so important not to attend A/E unless absolutely necessary.

I’m sorry to say I think the service your offering is an absolute disgrace
