I went for scheduled outpatient colonoscopy, and have to say the whole team - receptionist, nurses, doctor - were fantastic.
The patient info sheet in advance of the appt was very comprehensive, the staff who I came into contact with really professional but more importantly kind and it really felt like personalised patient focused care.
