"Well received!"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

I attended A & E on 23/05/25 for urine retention and was looked after very well.

Initially, my bloods were taken by the senior nurse on night duty.

I was assessed by another extremely competent member of staff.

He actually administered a bladder scan and was told I was emptying my bladder fully!

He made the decision to let me go home without a catheter, great.

He could not access MDT notes from the previous meeting, 21/05/25.

He mentioned that he would take it up with a senior colleague, next morning.

I have since received an appointment for 11/06/25, so thank you.

He also mentioned I may need a cystoscopy!

Thank you NHS once again.
