"The whole team that dealt with me were brilliant"

About: Dorset County Hospital / Accident and emergency Dorset County Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was admitted to A&E at DCH with a dislocated left shoulder.

From the first nurse and doctor i met in A&E to the last one that saw me out, i was met with a kind, professional and caring manner which because of the pain i was in gave me a lot of reassurance.

I cannot remember everybody's name, except for Jo, who did her best to get my shoulder back into place, however the shoulder said no, so we proceeded to a general anaesthetic situation.

The shoulder was sorted by a lady from Orthopaedics and i was so relieved i believe i shed a tear!!

Just for me, the whole team that dealt with me were brilliant, team work in my opinion at a very high level.so Thank you all.
