Suggested exercises to improve mobility

Large print exercise sheets provided

Help with dietary plan to put on weight

Talked re: Emergency care plan and options

Ordered equipment

Feel more secure at home and advice always at hand. Sarah is a nice person and easy to talk to.

Helped identify equipment for chairs and for visual impairment - referred to Adult Services and in meantime gave stickers for phone and walking stick adjustment. Would recommend, pleased to know such a service exists, thank you.
