"Extremely caring and professional"

I contracted a urine infection and was referred to the hospital at home team for treatment. I received excellent care from the nurses who were extremely caring and professional, ensuring that I was comfortable with the treatment and that I knew what was happening at all times.

Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed of blood test results and how the infection markers were coming down each day. Any questions I had were answered quickly and explained clearly.

I believe that the service provided by the hospital at home team is excellent value for money as being treated at home where possible is more beneficial to the patient.
