It was absolutely amazing from my pre assessment to the time I came home after a hip joint replacement. I felt like a human being by the way I was treated. I am extremely grateful and would thoroughly recommend the Unit

Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback, regarding your journey through the National Treatment Centre. As a team we appreciate all patient feedback, as this allows us to reflect on our clinical practice and make appropriate changes, to improve service delivery.

I am pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience, whilst attending the NTC for elective orthopaedic surgery. We aim to treat all patients with dignity and respect, by providing person centred care. It is rewarding to know that you felt well cared for.

Thank you for your response - so often comments go into oblivion. Please be proud of what you do. As far as I’m concerned it was excellent. I forgot to say in my comment that the booklet provided was comprehensive and down to earth. It covered everything pre op and post op. Many thanks.
