I rang this morning to get an appointment because I took a fall and hurt my back, I was asked if I wanted a ring back and they rang back, (this is a great thing) the lady I spoke to was very polite, very informative and had a friendly voice(very important) she answered all of my questions and even answered extra things I wanted to know not related to the injury, I have come off the phone feeling better just because of her and her demeanour, I have come across some very harsh and sometimes rude receptionists over my 62 years and this surgery/practise has been the very best, long may it continue.
