"Awful experience"

Locum young doctor terrible bedside manner, didn't even want to help, didn't listen to me looked extremely uninterested. Remarks on my record even arsy. Pushed for test that evenually gave the results were as i had predicted. Still waiting after now 2 weeks for a dr to let me know the result and what next. Very slow in getting any answers now 3 years on and no further. unless you are well or you personally know the receptionist who if you can get passed I still would advise not to use this surgery. Terrible. Need to start working properly not hiding behind the covid excuse, or sending patients to A&E, which is overstretched, for problems that can be easily dealt with by a GP or medical staff.
