Our relative had a long stay in ward 44 the care he received was excellent the nurses and ward sisters in charge the auxiliary nurses done everything thing they could to help him though a very difficult period also special thanks to Doctor Declan whom is a registrar in AE who had to called one afternoon we didn't meet but I was talking to him his care and dedication was fantastic. The team always answered the phone and help him though his medical journey

My name is Chris and I am the Charge Nurse for Ward 44/CCU at Altnagelvin Hospital. I want to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience with our cardiology services. I apologise for not responding sooner.
I am very pleased to hear that the treatment and care of your relative was of such a high standard and I will share your story with the team. Any period of time spent in hospital can be a worrying experience, so I am glad to have feedback which highlights the staff were so diligent and did all they could to provide comfort.
