"I felt dismissed"

This Trust hasn't helped when they have been contacted for help by me. They had even said that I wasn't suffering from the illness that I know I am. I feel like they don't accept what they were told about my illness and just felt like they don't care. The staff have said that they shouldn't dismiss anyone's symptoms as they are not the ones who are going through what the person or people are suffering from yet they still chose to dismiss a person's symptoms and they tried to say otherwise, again I just felt let down by them when they say that they are there to help and listen to whatever you tell them about, not in my experience with them. They don't do what they make out what they say. A psychiatrist said about something being fake when you are genuinely suffering, how can they get away with that when a person is suffering through no fault of their own? Hasn't the psychiatrist ever heard of people inheriting a condition from family.
