"Our NHS is in good hands"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (Ward 2) Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

Would like to thank Ambulance Service & A&E At RAH Paisley for the Care I was given. After a bad reaction, I had to vomiting bug & burn on back when I fainted against radiator. Shauna of AMU and the team who made sure my blood pressure was normal to get me home. Our NHS is in good hands with all of the above looking after us.

Thank you Susan, for taking the time while you are recovering to leave this positive feedback from your experience during your recent admission to A&E and AMU at the RAH. I will happily pass on your feedback directly to the teams, and to Shauna, who will be extremely grateful for your kind words.

Many Thanks,

Jennifer Docherty,

Senior Charge Nurse, AMU.

Hi Susan261,

I see my colleagues at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde have responded to your wider comments about your care but I just wanted to thank you for the kind comments about the Scottish Ambulance Service.

It is much appreciated.

Mark
