"She made everyone feel at ease"

About: Children and Young People Services / Health Visiting

(as a service user),

Just wanted to give some feedback on the lurgan breastfeeding support group. We are really missing the continuous support of our regular health visitor Nicol. I feel I’m not getting the same support from having a different HV every week as I was from having Nicol. She was great as she is so passionate about breastfeeding and she also got to know everyone and their babies and her knowledge and consistency was great. She made everyone feel at ease as well

Good morning cqoffe,

Many thanks for taking the time to tell us about how helpful you had found Nicol at the Lurgan breast feeding support group. However due to her change of role within our service, it is no longer possible for her to attend this group on a weekly basis. We continue to provide support from our wider HV team in Lurgan into the group, and your own family health visitor is always available.

I will pass on your lovely comments to Nicol, she will be delighted.

Many Thanks Marie
