Caroline our health visitor and Cherise a student health visitor came out to the house 2 weeks PP to visit myself, family and new addition. Caroline introduced Cherise and explained that Cherise would go over everything and that Caroline was there to help if need be. The whole time they were at the house it was very calm and relaxing and they made us all feel comfortable. They were able to offer support regarding my birth issues, and any other problems we had regarding our new born. Caroline was fantastic at entertaining my eldest child (age 2) who was wanting attention during the visit.

They gave us lots of information and a big refresh on things such as Safe sleep etc. which was very helpful.

Hi there my name is Amber I am one of the team leaders within the 0-19 (25 SEND) service for North Lincolnshire. This is fabulous feedback, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience whilst being very busy with a newborn and a 2 year old! We really do appreciate receiving feedback. I will pass this on to both Cherise and Caroline, thanks again. Amber.
