"Good service, but can be slow for out-patients"

The knowledge of staff is fantastic but service for outpatients can be painfully slow - often being required to wait between 30-60 minutes to be seen,despite having a booked appointment. Care for in-patients (or bed-stay patients) is fantastic although the food served could be improved, although it is by no means awful, and more variety of food choice for patients. I also feel that there should be a TV at each bed-side.
