About: Heathfield Suite / Gynaecology

I attended Ayr Hospital Heathfield suite late May for a hysteroscopy and biopsy undertaken by ANP Lound and her team I wanted to say that the standard of care was excellent. From the receptionist through to the team supporting the procedure they could not have been more helpful, kind compassionate and caring. They are an absolute credit to the NHS and I want to say a huge thank you

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided within the Heathfield Suite, University Hospital Ayr.

I am sorry to read that you needed to attend hospital for a hysteroscopy and biopsy. It is however good to know that you received an excellent standard of care from our staff, who were able to put you at ease whilst you were under their care. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Unit and with ANP Lound in particular. I know they will all be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.
