About: Community Services / Rotherham Memory Service

(as the patient),

Referral to memory clinic by GP.

We were very anxious about the appointment but we were met with friendly receptionists and quickly put at ease by Kerry. She talked us through the reason for the visit and how things would proceed going forward. Kerry was wonderful, she extracted the information she needed in a friendly, informal, conversational manner, which enabled us to relax and actually enjoy the experience. She went out of her way to speed up the process for us for which we are extremely grateful. Overall a 5 star experience, many thanks.
