"Good practice "

I don’t like having blood took. And have been having high blood pressure. The nurse took my blood ,And I didn’t even know she had done it. She’s a star and has helped to get my blood pressure down. Very professional and very helpful. And a lovely person. Don’t know if I can say this but this practice has had some bad nurses , ie taking blood. If the nurse leaves the practice , I will to . And the reception staff are always helpful
