I arrived and was promptly passed over to the nurse, Sam, who immediately noticed I was nervous and asked if I’d rather lie down to have my vaccinations done.
She walked me through it all step by step and was very patient with me as I was quite nervous. I can’t thank Sam enough for putting my mind at ease and being so kind!
The practice itself seemed very organised and well communicated it was the easiest experience I have had with an NHS Body.

thank you so much for taking the time to provide this wonderful example of the high standards of person centred care we aim to provide.
Nervousness around needles or vaccinations is very common, but if we can alleviate some of that anxiety during an appointment, then hopefully you feel more confident to return in the future.
It was a pleasure to share this feedback with Sam, who also wishes to pass on her thanks and appreciation.
