Recently I visited surgery and was seen by a new doctor. She refused to give a repeat medication for my son ( even pediatrician wrote a letter and I had repeat slip at home ). She also said that the doctor who we saw a week before gave wrong medication and I don’t have to use it . When I said it is about time to be sent to specialist ( we are fighting with this infection over a year ) she said no .
Disgusting approach . Very disappointing . Hope will never meet her again .
