As happened the last time I was admitted (for a pacemaker), this time I received a new heart valve.
As usual the medical staff were superb, but again although being told I was OK to be discharged (in the morning), I had to wait many hours before I received the discharge letter. In fact it’s 5 hours later and I’m still waiting.
Clearly very poor administration.
