Came to see Physiotherapist. Receptionist was caring and helpful, even checking I could manage to get back downstairs. Physiotherapist was fantastic. Really listened, helpful advice and took care. Thank you.
Both made me feel human, rather than just another patient with another problem and that I do actually understand my own health issues.
