(as the patient),

I came into A&E on Wednesday night and was admitted to 3 South for emergency surgery on Thursday evening. Throughout the entire process, every nurse and doctor I encountered was incredibly caring, empathetic, and gentle. Nothing I asked for was ever too much trouble—they always made me feel heard and supported. I truly appreciated how kind and attentive the staff were. A huge thank you to the entire team for looking after me so well!
