Lindsay visisted me prior to my hip operation to assess which equipment I would need. These were all very well used!!
She and Simon, OT assistant, visited following the procedure when I had a particularly low day. Both gave me so much positive encouragement and remarked on how well I was doing for day 6. I thought I was lagging behind and was quite tearful. They really helped me to see I was doing everything correct and as I should be doing.
Lindsay is a wonerful asset to the NHS, kind caring and very knowledgeable!! She has a lovely, friendly outgoing nature just what I needed when she visited. She and Simon made a very good team.
"So much positive encouragement"
