I came to Health and Justice Outreach Shropshire for support with my mental health. I was feeling low mood, depressed and anxious. 

Health and Justice Outreach improved my mental health, its not fully better but working with them did help. They got me to engage with IAPT for CBT therapy. The service worked at the time and was quite good.
