(as a service user),

From the first 2 ambulance attendants and A&E doctor who examined me in the ambulance to x-ray, A&E doctor and all medical and physio staff, my care was of the utmost care, kindness and efficiency.  I'm an elderly lady now at home with a whole team helping me to be pain free and get my life back. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unwell recently but I'm glad that you are now pain free and this has resulted in you getting your life back on track. This is great to see.

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback and for your kind comments about all the NHS staff who looked after you. They will really appreciate reading this.
