"Support has helped my MH"

About: Health and Justice / Health & Justice - West Mercia

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was involved in a RTA in January where there needed to be police involvement. I tried to get support through the arm forces however didn't which is why I came to your service for support.

Currently I'm still a bit anxious with anxiety due to not knowing what the outcome is from the police. I don't know what's going to happen.

Talking to your service worker Neil did help with mood and mental health. I find my trauma is in a better place now.

One thing that I would have liked is that your colleague said they were going to come and see me again but didn't because of sickness. That's my only feedback.

Thank you for the positive feedback. I will raise your point about sickness with the relevant team and endeavour to prevent this from happening again. I wish you the best in your recovery.
