Can I just do a shout out to two amazing women, Dianne and Inga, made me so relaxed. I was a bundle of nerves and made me relax right away.
We talked. about my upcoming holiday and we did laugh.
They explained everything that was going to happen. When it was time for the procedure they both kept me calm and I got to hold Inga's hand. I did not know Dianne had even done it, she said that is it done. We laughed and talked a bit more then I left.
These two ladies are a credit to your team.
Thank you Dianne and Inga for everything.
