"I couldn’t have been looked after better"

(as the patient),

Had a total hip replacement. I couldn’t have been looked after better. From the first contact Jana was wonderful making me relax. Everyone I was in contact with were kind and friendly, being checked, taken down to surgery, pre op and operating staff, xray, meals and cleaners made us all feel special.

Special mention of physio staff Chris,Liam and Maggie getting me walking and home. Others of extra note Karen and especially Bindu for the medication and paperwork. 

Thank you everyone and sorry for missing the ones I can’t remember the names of.
