I hurt my back in january this year and popped into the physio drop in clinic one morning. The lady at reception was kind and helpful and gave me a form to fill in. I only had to wait half hour, the physio came and called me in. She asked me loads of questions, asked me to do different stretches ect to assess how bad my back was and what type of damage had been done. She said it seemed to be musculoskeletal rather then nerve damage. My back was strapped up with lovely bright pink tape haha and a sheet of exercises were printed up for me to do until my next appointment 3 days later. It did the trick and I was on the road to recovery and work that following week. The whole team and the physio were highly proffessional, helpful and sympathetic :)
"Excellent!"
