"I feel unsupported and unheard"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

We submitted our form the minute we found out we were expecting (11 weeks ago) but still Craigavon has not been in touch to say anything about the scan.

This is highly alarming for an expectant mum who has concerns. They advise you ring… I have rang every day for the past two weeks, emailed and text and still nothing. I got transferred to the gynaecologist ward who then wired me to the maternity and STILL no answer.

I just feel so unsupported and unheard and no one seems to care it’s not nice at all. They tell you not to stress during this time but this is the only thing causing me stress.
