"Highly appreciative of her care"

About: Health Visitors / Lisburn & Dunmurray Health Visitors

(as a parent/guardian),

1. We could not help crying when our health visitor Ms Chloe said “goodbye” to us recently. She will move to other health centre of Belfast to work. Now we still feel so sad when we have already known she will leave. We thought and discussed a lot of times what kind of feelings we would have when we sent the “goodbye” message to Ms Chloe. However, recently we received hers firstly. Now we know the feeling. It is not easy for us.

2. Highly appreciated for all her kindly help to our whole family since 2023! She not only takes responsibility for my son’s health visit work, but also takes extra social responsibility to help our whole family. Especially when we experience destitute situations. She has already tried her best to coordinate food, clothes, books and toys for my family. She also helps our family to coordinate Sure Star and other organizations. What is more, she also tries her best to enhance our English language abilities.

3. It will be totally different for us when she leaves.  For us she is not only the best health visitor of us, but also the best friend and teacher for us.

4. Since we came to Northern Ireland, she has already been giving us the most and warmest help. Even when she prepared to go to other place to work, in such hard and busy time, she still arranged food hamper support for our family. And introduced the new health visitor to us.  She is always so thoughtful and amiable to care about our whole family in such warm and friendly style.

5. We are wishing her all the best in her future endeavours. We are wishing she and her family are happy, safe , healthy and wealthy every day.

6. We will never forget her! We will always miss her! We will always pray for her! Please kindly take care Ms. Chloe.

Best wishes.

Hi TF01

thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely comments about your health visitor Chloe and all the help and support she has been able to give you and your family.

I am delighted that your experience of our service here in Northern Ireland has been such a positive one.

we will make sure Chloe gets to see your comments, and I hope that your new health visitor will be able to continue to help and support you all.

kind regards

Helen Leigh
