"Misdiagnosis and care"

About: Lynfield Mount Hospital / Adult mental health service

(as the patient),

I was wrongly transferred to Lynfield Mount in 2023 with low BMI and weight, previously been on a feeding tube following an accident at the BRI which had not been acknowledged,

Appalling treatment and bullying by staff, that in my view went beyond human rights and refusal to listen to what happened to me.

Was the victim of complete lack of care and respect by staff, in absolutely unhygienic conditions and scared for my life

I was shocked at what I witnessd.
