"All the staff carried out their duties to a high level"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Gastroenterology Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

My husband was transferred from QEUH to ward 11 at Glasgow Royal Infirmary to await a bed in NRU.

He spent 5 weeks here.  All the staff, too many to be named, carried out their duties to a high level.  SCN Rikki should be proud how he & the staff run this ward.

Many thanks to Lori, Imabong, Daniel & Anton for working hard with my husband within Ward 11. You are the best.

Dear mayje55

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words and positive experience regarding your husband’s care at Ward 11 of the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

We are delighted to hear that the transfer from the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital went smoothly and that your husband received such dedicated support during his five-week stay. Your heartfelt recognition of the care provided by SCN Rikki and the entire Ward 11 team is deeply appreciated.

It is especially gratifying to hear specific praise for Lori, Imabong, Daniel, and Anton. We will ensure your thanks are passed on to them and to the wider team — recognition like this means a great deal to our staff and reflects the standard of care we strive to uphold every day.

We wish your husband continued progress and good health, and thank you once again for your thoughtful message.

Kind regards

Kevin
