(as the patient),

I have had bleeding on and off likely to be due to my HRT. I had an internal examination and a scan. The doctor and staff were extremely kind and helpful. I was reassured at all times throughout the procedure. I was advised that all was clear and that I should perhaps reconsider what HRT treatment I should have.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your experience. Staff realise that attending hospital for appointments can be very stressful, especially with the nature of your examination. Staff strive to always be professional while trying to make sure the patient is reassured. I will make sure your comments are passed onto the staff.
