"All the staff put me at ease"

I had an urgent colonoscopy and endoscopy recently at Edinburgh Royal infirmary. I was petrified but all the staff put me at ease -  Dr Fraser and the two S/nurses Angela and Yvonne.  

I cannot thank them enough for putting me at ease and making this (for want of better words), much easier. They were all so friendly,  understanding and had a good sense of humour.  

Thank you …you are a credit to the NHS, I cannot thank you enough.

The staff in recovery were excellent as well and clearly explained the reports.

Having had these procedures previously, this was by far the best and the staff talked me through everything.
