"Everything was explained really well"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

I attended for a coil refit. Everything was explained very well, on what was going to happen etc etc. Made to feel at ease.

Just wsch the booking of appointments was made easier, as most people work 9 to 5 hours it's difficult to call at the time given. Wasn't until 3 days later I found out you can book online. Then it was all good.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
